Teamwork: Review the kind of relationship you had with your Realtor. Was communication between the two of you always open, honest and comfortable? For instance, did you receive detailed and dependable feedback on the progress being made on the sale of your home?
Pricing: Did the pricing, high or low, work for or against you? Usually, this is one of the problem areas that comes up more often than the rest. Pricing your home too high can hurt you as much as pricing your home too low.
Condition of Your Home: Did your home present itself with showcase quality both inside and out? We call it the two CC’s…Clutter & Curb Appeal. Remember, there’s a lot of competition out there and to edge the next seller out, you will need to make it more appealing to the potential home purchasers and move-in ready homes tend to sell a lot quicker.
Marketing: Did you Real Estate Agent best represent your needs with a solid, innovative and aggressive marketing plan to get your home sold for top dollar and in the shortest amount of time? When shopping around for an agent be sure you compare their knowledge, experience and marketing plan.
